Overview of Pesticide Certification & Licensing Program
The Pesticide Certification Section of the Bureau of Compliance Monitoring handles pesticide applicator certification and licensing to authorize the purchase and use of restricted use pesticides in agricultural and related sites. This includes the following categories of pesticide use:

Certification and licensing for the following types of pesticide use are NOT handled by the Bureau of Compliance Monitoring: structural pest control (residential and commercial), lawn and landscape maintenance around buildings (residences and commercial structures), mosquito control and other public health pest control.
